A4000 Computer Aided Repair System

A4000 Computer Aided Repair System gives the ability to assemble the injector once and for all, eliminating the trial and error procedure on the way to repair.
 
Its precision measuring mechanism operates hands free to elminate human related measurement errors.
 
CARS software instructs the user step by step to measure each part independently and instructs how to assemble it at the end of each assembly stage. The injector comes out of the operation totally assembled and ready to be tested.
